The plan of attack is to have a light row Saturday morning, split and load boats then head for breakfast.

For those keen to go to the Head of the River you need to book a parking spot. It looks like there is not a big gang going so just book individually.

I will get an itinerary from Webby about check-in times for those staying Saturday night and will also finalise dinner plans.

The D crew will need to be at the regatta by 6.45am to be ready for the 4 races and the G crew will need to be there by 7.30am to join and rig the 8. We should be all loaded and done by about 11am so we will head into Beaudesert for an early lunch for those who are keen.
